Who organizes the Hultfreds Festival?

All information about tickets can be found here.
We will begin our ticket sales with an early bird offer for those who are quick in buying a ticket. The price will gradually rise, the offer is limited and we will inform you of upcoming price increases through our website, Facebook and Twitter.
The Promoter reserves the right to introduce changes in the festival program. There will only be a refound on bought tickets if the entire event is cancelled.
What about the bracelet you get in exchange for the ticket?
The festival bracelet serves as your ticket and gives you access to the festival site and the camping area (if you bought a camping pass). The festival bracelet can not be taken off without it breaking; and broken bracelet or sealing is not valid as entrance.
Where can I park?
There is a parking area close to the festival entrance.
How do I get from central Hultsfred and the Hultfreds Festival?
There are railbusses travelling between the center of Hultsfred and the festival area during the festival week.
What is the age limit?
You have to be 13 years old to visit the festival area. The recommended age for the campsites is 16 years.
Access to campsites
- With only a "festival pass" you have no access to the campsites.
- With "festival pass + camping" you have access to the Regular campsite and the Campervan campsite.
- With "festival pass + Calm and Green campsite" you have access to the Calm and Green campsite, the Regular campsite and to the Campervan campsite.
I have purchased a ticket without camping, can I add it?
Yes, you can upgrade you ticket at the festival entrance when you arrive.
I am an assistant/helper, what ticket should I purchase?
Assistants and helpers enter the festival free of charge. As an assistant you are at all times responsible for the person you are assisting, you have to be sober and always capable of taking care of him or her.
When does the campsite open?
The campsite opens on June 12 at 12:00 and closes on June 16 at 12:00. If you wish to stay on the site before the festival campsite opens, you must pay a fee to the tenant of the regular camping. For details and contact information visit: http://camping-hultsfred.eu/
What services are available at the campsites?
There stations for charging mobile phones at the campsite. There is also a medical tent, showers and toilets.
What are the alternative accommodations if you don´t wish to camp?
If you are looking for other forms of accommodation, such as hotels, hostels etc., Hultsfred Tourist Office offers excellent solutions. Visit them on the link below!

We have a collaboration with Podpads, a comfortable and stylish alternative for those who wish to stay in the festival area, but who want a little extra comfort. At the Hultfred Festival we will offer several accommodation options in various colors and sizes. You can choose to stay with a friend in what basically is a small house with solid floors and lighting. If you are a large group, there are up to six camp beds in something that resembles a mix of classic military- and safari tents.

What can you get to eat at the festival?
There is a wide variety of food stands on both the campsites and the festival site.
Where do you find water?
There are water posts both on the campsites and the festival area, all faucets have drinking water.
Are you allowed to bring alcohol into the festival area?
No, it is not permitted. Nor is bringing any glass bottles. You are however allowed to bring your own drink to the campsites - but not in glass bottles.
Is there beer for sale in the festival area?
Yes.
Can you grill?
Open fire and grilling is permitted only in designated areas (same goes for camping stoves and disposable grills). Making fire in the stoves that can be found in military tents is not allowed.
Can you put up party tents at the campsite?
Party tent are allowed, but you can not put up several tents together.
What do you do with all the rubbish?
There are trash cans and a recycling center in the area. Leave recyclable bottles and other bottles in the bottle filing at the campsite, where you´ll get a deposit refund.
Can I bring a camera or recording equipment?
Mobile cameras and compact cameras are allowed inside the festival area, while SLRs and recording equipment may only be used at the campsites.
What can´t I bring to the festival?
Drugs, mask (there is a masking ban), weapons such as knives, spray paints, generators, car batteries, liquified petroleum gas and flammable liquids. You should also leave you plans on fencejumping, your pets, stoves to military tents, flyers and posters, your wishes to crowd surf and your glass bottles at home.
